Reconnecting with my Māori heritage has strongly influenced how I can incorporate culture and storytelling into modern design. This continues to shape my interest in using design as a way to help strengthen connections between people and their identity. I am particularly interested in how design can support learning by creating work that invites curiosity and makes knowledge more accessible to a wider audience.
